Harry and Hermione can't have a ship. It would be like Harry
falling in love with his sister.
Besides it was EXTREMELY OBVIOUS in the first book that
hermione and Ron were going to become an item.
By the time they got off the train you had to know
Ron adn Hermione were going to be an item.
