Who says so? Have you seen it? Do you know who wrote it? Are you sure the
person who is claimed to have written it really wrote it? Occultists,
especially the type who form "esoteric fraternities", are well known for
making false claims about nonexistent documents.

I refer you to the strange case of the forged cypher manuscript of the
Golden Dawn as presented in your own citation. "Unholy Alliance", by Peter
Levenda. "It comes as no syurprise that the ultimate Britsh secret society
of that era -- the Golden Dawn -- was traditionally said to have originated,
not on that 'blessed isle', but in Germany itself with the forged cypher
manuscript of a nonexistent Fraulein A. Sprengel in Stuttgart."

Verifiable evidence involves more that merely claiming you have a letter
attesting to whatever it is you're claiming. It has to be verifiable.
Claiming you have letters from non-existent people isn't good enough.

On the question at hand, they are powerful evidence. However, powerful
evidence to the contrary is indeed worthless if you want to continue to
pretend Crowley taught Churchill the v-sign. So obviously these citations
are worthless to you. You've already made up your mind and don't intend to
be confused by the facts. The thing is, you're not competent to persuade
anyone to believe you're right. This is because you don't actually have any
verifiable evidence.
