I'll have to put in on order. In the meantime I'd been working with
the Watchtower ritual, had went into town, walked past a shop that
sells a few second hand books in English, and got that tiny internal
prompting that goes - *nudge nudge - go in, there's a book waiting for
you, it's factual and it'll help*. I found this one, and it's spot on
for what I need at the moment.

I'm working on the theory that my meltdowns and overload are made more
frequent and dramatic by the quantity of emotional stuff I'm
unconsciouslly screening off and repressing, and that I can utilise
magick to bring repressed emotions through the screen where they can
be properly available, hopefully meaning less overload and meltdown
for me. The book gives me a handle on what's probably lurking in the
background. In neurotypicals, although they may not get overload and
meltdown, they still react to stressors and most people have some
emotions screened off. By using the book they can overcome
psychosomatic ailments and generally get themselves into more balanced
proportions, drawing out screened off emotions using magical
techniques - but if someone is not aware that they have screened off
emotions in the first place, then no amount of magical work is going
to rejig the machine.

Perhaps I'm being a bit dense. I thought it was obviously how this
book can aid magical work. Shall I go over the content and
illustrate?
