Read up on current research.

There is no clear distinction between biochemical and psychological.
Stronger even, there is no clear distinction between experience and the
(vividly imagined) memory of experience.
So we come full circle and it is back to :"destroy habit"
It is easy.
Take a shower before morning coffee, coffee first then shower, not showering
or coffeeing at all, possibilities are endless.
(just make sure to brush your teeth every night, and go to the toilet before
going to sleep)
And make sure to also change the way you think about things.
It is the whole :"Die daily" thingy.
