He didn't say it isn't OK to fear, he said to recognize fear for what
it is. That is, if you engage in fear, you are willingly
participating in one of the games going on around you. You're buying
into the beliefs that frame your perception such that, for example,
death=bad and living=good, pain and suffering = bad, safety and
comfort = good, etc. Those beliefs aren't necessary, and not only
that, they can be very limiting.
