...recipe :) I would do the same. I absolutely HATE fresh coriander/cilantro, I like to taste the OTHER ingredients. That particular taste tends to take ... I *treasure* the ethnic restaurants where they speak enough English to understand "no cilantro, please"!!! I agree! I like to try Mexican recipes and every dang one of them calls for cilantro.
