For the benefit of our friends in talk.religion.buddhism, the term "KCHGA"
is an acronym used by ceremonial magicians to describe a state of
consciousness in which one feels oneself to be in contact...

If I find that many, I'll be impressed.

I don't think it's always necessary to believe in something in order to
discuss it. In fact,. the differences in our beliefs is often the most
interesting part.

Maybe not, but sometimes wisdom, intentional or unintentional, comes even
from the mouths of babes...

Lucky we've got you then.

How would you define the word "spirituality"?

Maybe you could explain what Trungpa means by the phrase "bureaucracy
of the ego"?

Tom,

As one of Thubten "chocolate covered NUTS", allow me to
present a differing view.

Thubten claims to be a monk, yet has a giant ego.
He demands to be respected simply because he claims
to be a monk, but he angrily refuses Buddhist teachings
presented to him by others. One poster claimed that all
teachers that Thubten mentions either consider him a
nut-case or disavow knowing him, a claim that Thubten
never refuted. He is very ignorant when it comes to
the technical details of newsgroups, he believes that
they are controlled solely by Google and threatened
to sue people that disagree with him.

"ancientbuddhism" claims to be "extremely intelligent,"
has a very unique view of buddhism, is racist and
anti-semitic, and dismisses any criticism of him
with angry and foul-mouthed replies. He and Thubten
often throw rocks at each other; an amusing display
for the rest of us. They are quite a pair.
