Oh yeah, laying off the pot smoking will decrease the paranoia that
causes you to not have a google profile and frequent conspiracy
message boards. Also, CNN recently reported that marijuana causes
depression, especially in women. You might want to tell that to any
of your friends who smoke it.

Also, without going to a doctor, you and your depressed friends can
probably find some help with over the counter St. John's Wort (mood
lifter) and Melatonin (sleep aid).
