This morning I've found this strange insect on my window (Milan - Milano - Italy) I want to identify it, it seems a mosquito. The total lenght is about 3 cm (approx 1,20 inches) Here the pictures: http://tinyurl.com/insetto

Hello! So I suppose they shoulb be the ones you told... are those insect parasites or dangerous? Should I make any disinfestation? Not dangerous or parasites, but they can be a household pest, especially when occuring in larger numbers. The beetles and their larvae eat nearly all kind of organic material.
