I seem to recall it was called "Mesmerised" - actually I have the
orignal Master VHS video in my files, along with Master VHS of all of
Newtons tapes which I had transferred to DVD for him, before he
stabbed me in the back and as a consequence we fell out!

I am afraid that double dealer Brookenfuehrer has welshed on the deal
I made with him to buy the magic cafe. I am therefore going to have to
steal it.

I shall start with the Step Right Up section of the cafe where they
are operating without my consent.

I shall be posting extract upon extracts from there on here. I know
this infuriates Brookenfuehrer.

However I am afraid they are talking a ton on nonsense on there about
the art of pitching svengali decks. It really is the blind leading the
blind.

First they chatter nonsense about selling Chinese cards and saying
that they are unworkable. Second they talk utter rot that you can only
work svengali decks on weekends. Thirdly they are talking twaddle
about special tables to work the decks from, Fourthly they are talking
hyper twaddle when they say you have to pay malls big rents. They
don't have the brains to know that you don't if you know what you are
doing.

And those idiots don't know what they are doing.

I don't know if I'll be going since I'm likely to be busy but I figure
that everyone else in the area might like to know.

Doc Eason will be our lecturer/performer this year at the Unconventional
in Corbin, KY. If you've never been to the Unconventional, you don't
know what you're missing. It's usually a smaller affair than most are
used to but it's worth it since you don't have 500 people crammed into
an auditorium and the scenery is beautiful.

I believe this year it's November 7+8. The Unconventional is held DuPont
Lodge in Cumberland Falls State Park, near Corbin, KY. There probably is
no room at the lodge, but you can check — sometimes there is a late
cancellation (800/325-0063). If not, try Six-Gun City motel
(606/376-2732) near the park or one of several motels near the I-75 exit
to the park. Also, there are motels in Corbin.
