I would estimate a first edition of the Trick Brain to go for around

Yesterday I found three copies of Pure Effect on this website, and
since opening my big mouth to someone else one copy is now sold. It
went for $288.oo. The two remaining copies start at $312.oo (I
believe).
Other than Amazon's New & Used lists, my main source for finding and
pricing rare and scarce magic book is the following website:
www.bookfinder.com
I've used this site since I've been on the net and have found some
real gems.
I have several different libraries. Other than magic books I also
collect subversive books and literature. I also have a bitchin'
collection of law enforcement books and documents that only the
insiders are supposed to possess or even look at (the best stuff is so
secretive I have to keep it in a sae deposit box at the bank...along
with an extremely rare Tesla manuscript).
I know I'm a dick for even bringing this stuff up, but goddamn I've
just got to brag about it now and then.
When I die I'm thinking of "willing" several of these books and items
to a member or two of this group. This includes my heavily "foxed"
copy of the Trick Brain, that contains among other classified magic
documents the actual secret to the Hooker Card Rise.
My "creativity briefcase" alone, which contains several one-of-a-kind
manuscripts on my magic thinking is worth a fortune. Not to mention
my numbered magic notebooks, jam packed full of Leary original
thinking on magic, clandestine arts, and no end of subversive craft.
And like Marlo, I have written 4 "Leary Magazines" which are about 100
pages each, containing 30 years of my BEST ingenious and dozens upon
dozens of evil thoughts that have sprang forth from my diabolical mind.
This includes the highly sought after, and only rumored to exist,
female wiring diagram. Which if you possessed no woman would ever be
able to pull a fast one on ou again. This diagram alone is worth
millions.
It's a good thing nobody now where I live or I would surely be killed
for all this valuable information...and my recipe for homemade
Vicodine.
