The TRICKBUSTERS are composed of GRAND PUERTOLAS (linguist) and
SKEPTIC MUÑOZ (engineer).
In their fight against all kind of deceivers, they explain magic
illusions from a rational and logical point of view in order to
develop people's critical reasoning. Everyday life is full of hoax and
deceit. The more a person will be prepared to analyse facts with a
logical thinking and the more it will be hard to deceive him/her.
Religions, magic, so-called psychics, astrologers, psychic surgers are
deceit.

GRAND PUERTOLAS (France) is a linguist. He's got a Master Degree in
Spanish Civilisation, Literature and Language, Science of language
(speciality: Linguistic and French Filology) and a master Degree in
English Civilisation, Literature and Language. He studied also
Meteorology in the French Meteorological Institute, Aviation and Air
Traffic Control. He works as a translator, administrator and
communication responsible in the Spanish Air Navigation Directorate.
He speaks French, Spanish, English, Russian and some German. He's a
composer, a singer, a screenplayer and a short movies director. He
practices boxing and thai-boxing.

SKEPTIC MUÑOZ (Spain) is an aeronautical engineer, an industrial
ingineer and he's currently studying economics. He works in the
Spanish Air Navigation Directorate. His specialities are Graphism, 3D
programmation, and special effects. He practices basketball, football
and fencing.

Tomorrow we're going to the region of Granada where the so-called
haunted house we'll be staying in is. Next episode on wednesday: "One
Night in a Haunted House".
We were contacted by a Spanish channel to do an apparition of 2
minutes in the news on television, debunking the maximum of tricks
(spiritism session, psychic surgery, ghosts apparition, haunted
houses, psychophony, psychoimages). We'll be debunking some scenes of
the pathetic and deceiving american show Ghosts Hunters.

No kidding. People get so mad over "revealing" tricks. The thing is
ppl don't understand that the TB are not "revealing" tricks. The only
thing they reveal is their conclusion on how a trick works. Not
necessarily revealing the trick, only their conclusion through
critical thinking and analyst. This can be done with any human being!

If you are going to get mad about TB revealing deceivers, then why
don't you get mad about magicians releasing magic dvds for profit.
Most of those tricks are out of old 1940s books anyways.

Hi,
for the psychophony I used Cubase Audio. I bought it a long time ago
(since I'm a music composer). But I'm sure you can download it for
free in some emule looklike internet address.
You can realise a psychophony much easier (the way most of them are
done). You put a tape-recorder in a room (with the input microphone
gain at the maximum) and you go to another room, shouting the sentence
you wish at the same time you produce a natural noise to mix it (a
door that close noisely, an object that falls). And that's all. You'll
have a wonderful real psychophony.
