Billy, have you taken any allergy medicine lately? Because it's
spring time many of us start taking these medicines.
Parts of your face swelling sounds like an allergic rection to these
allergy medications.
This happens to a lot of people. Quit taking this medicine right
away. You're lucky your throat didn't swell up, then you'd be in a
world of hurt.
