Deceptive bases are made to look esp. thin by adding aluminum strip
like said above in a horizontal position. In the fish position, a
person only needs about 8 in. of space. (vertical space)

yep cool stage illusionist doug henning used this idea to magically
appear on stage
shadow wize down ward like cool stage illusionist david seth kot kin
copperfield does
doug henning even let tony randall appear shadow wize down on elevador
stage illusion:)
but copperfield idea to have it hung in the air idea:)
and there been one time at chrysler hall where dc elvador was on floor
too and fat cool boy on stage actavated the elevador as dc slowly
shadowized down ward the fat cool kif walked slowly tawrd the far
right side stage curtain but to him its his far left side on
stage :)and by the time everyones focused on cool stage illusionist
copperfields appearnce in shadow wize down ward move ment then door
open there copperfield! as dc takes a bow!
ps everyone forgot about the(( cool fat kid:)) but not me:)
hmm i wounder if thats copperfileds son?
or one of the many snow boys?
where dc makes it snow on stage and in the audience and gets on top of
thin table top platform and raises sheet up to cover him self for a
few secounds and lighting change and sheet drops to show copperfild is
now a coolfat kid playing in the snow:)
then dc pops up on thin table magically while fat cool snow boy kid
walks off stage to our far left side of stage idea:) at chrysler hall
in norfolk va:)
ps i saw how dc switch places with snow boy:)
i could see above sheet and david copperfield spreads legs out to let
cool fat kid come under his legs to get up in front as copperfield
goes down special holow table top idea
cool copperfield very smart fast get away idea illusion:)
i like to see how stage illusion ideas work its cool to me

oh and dc industerl fan illusion i like how it looks perfectly like
copperfield in shadow wize form:) but looking above cool stage

The snow base as in the pucture above, how does that one work, is it
used with mirrors??? I'm confused??

No mirrors. The large part of the base (the main platform) is the
deceptive part. It is thicker than it looks. The small table structure
on top of the base is to give some seperation between the performer
and the base. The top table structure has a spandex covered trap that
allows the performer to drop through, and into the opening of the
deceptive base below.
Some of the tickness of the large part of the base is hidden by the
legs of the small table structure. Note that the legs on the small
table provide extra room for a hiding where they contact the base.
