I've seen and know technique to do this thing in several ways but I
never seen this way of performing it!
I simply can't figure out where he put his legs! He is on his back and
not on a belly (which is usual way of doing this where body is not
covered) and table is soo thick...

To see this live and without video edits will be impressive. This way
is too suspicious... :)

Couldn't really be done that way without a camera edit to allow time for him
to position himself in box A and the other guy to position himself in box B.
I suppose it could be done live if there were...

I have ceased to be amazed by magic tricks on TV because they use camera
tricks and fake audience. Any magic is possible. It's just special effect.

What is more interesting to see are the shows that first shows the trick,
then reveal how it is done. At least there is some amount of authenticity
(meaning no camera trick) in some of the magic.

Look like Criss uses this technique:
http://www.magicunlimited.com/sawing_in_half.htm

This looks amazing! can be viewed in 360 degree, fully examinable and
done that way in front of real audience! Criss version does not use
any body covers and that's where maybe TV trick helps...

Any ideas?

I've never seen any magic trick presented that way that DOES rely on camera
tricks. Most of the time they go out of their way to tell you that the
trick is not done with cuts/camera tricks.

That was true until Angel's "Mindfreak" series which uses camera tricks,
phony spectators and editing to simulate the performance of magic tricks.
