first dont put swran wrap on your food in microwave cuse it makes
poisin not goo to eat at all and then pop corn that you microwave
is not real butter so it maks you sick wind up in hospital or
like one guy found out cause a certain brand killed his
son and now i notice pop corn says reall butter on pop corn
ps why does goverment use us lau audiences as gunne piggs? i bet
they dont you there own self or there children and whole family tree
i mean spraying folks from air planes saying to kill mas qeetas
with just to find out they are really testing a new goverment
chemical to see if it would make a bad guy in war go crazy or
have ichee eyes or hard to breath or cant focousc or have
flu like symtoms
ps i wish goverment would stop this!

ps ron confort really pricked hearts today in sundy school we all
meet in main church area and noon preaching too in main area and
sunday nite too in main area and a lot of parents came down the
asiles to dedacate there children for Christ SERVICES
the paster held there hands and said a prayer i like how ron
confort says its more importantfor children to get savd and do the
work of CHRIST
HE HATES IT when he sees lots of parents make there children
goto colledge to get a degree and be a lawer or cop or
doctor thats all they think they dont think about its more
important to lay your treasures in heaven where there is no dust or
rust
and also he even says that most parents even though they give
there all to Christ DO CHRIST will
but when they dont do what Christ SAYS about disaplining there
children they get disgusted and they wounder why therechildren
is so out of control an doing worldly things

does wrong the farther does watJESUSChrist says to do DONT SPARE THE

and his son comes up to his daddy and says daddy im glad Jesus
invented spankins it makes it more easy to come home from school :)

This is interesting . . ..

Margarine was originally manufactured to fatten turkeys. When it
killed the turkeys, the people who had put all the money into the
research wanted a payback so they put their heads together to figure
out what to do with this product to get their money back. It was a
white substance with no food appeal so they added the yellow coloring
and sold it to people to use in place of butter. How do you like it?
They have come out with some clever new flavorings.

DO YOU KNOW.. the difference between margarine and butter?

Read on to the end...gets very interesting!

Both have the same amount of calories.

Butter is slightly higher in saturated fats at 8 grams compared to 5
grams.

Eating margarine can increase heart disease in women by 53%% over
eating the same amount of butter, according to a recent Harvard
Medical Study.

Eating butter increases the absorption of many other nutrients in
other foods.

Butter has many nutritional benefits wheremargarine has a few only
because they are a dded!

Butter tastes much better than margarine and it can enhance the
flavors of other foods.

Butter has been around for centurieswhereas margarine has been around
for les s than 100 years .

And now, for Margarine..

Very high in Trans fatty acids.

Triple risk of coronary heart disease.

Increases total cholesterol and LDL (this is the bad cholesterol) and
lowers HDL cholesterol (the good cholesterol)

Increases the risk of cancers up to five fold.

Lowers quality of breast milk.

Decreases immune response.

Decreases insulin response.

And here's the most disturbing fact.... HERE IS THE PART THAT IS VERY
INTERESTING!

Margarine is but ONE MOLECULE away from being PLASTIC..

This fact alone was enough to have me avoiding margarine for life and
anything else that is hydrogenated (this means hydrogen is added,
changing the molecular structure of the substance).

You can try this yourself:

Purchase a tub of margarine and leave it in your garage or shaded
area. Within a couple of days you will note a couple of things:

* no flies, not even those pesky fruit flies will go near it
(that should tell you something)

* it does not rot or smell differently because it has no
nutritional value; nothing will grow on it. Even those teeny weeny
microorganisms will not a find a home to grow. Why?

Because it is nearly plastic . Would you melt your Tupperware and
spread that on your toast?
