i posted this hear because i wanted to know if there is an App that
will diagnose the battery
My Battery on my MacBook shows an X in the upper right corner,I was
told to take the battery out then re-install it
I did,and it Fixed the problem but only for 2 hours

this prompts a few questions

1.is there an APP that will diagnose the batteries problem?
2.Is this a Battery problem,MacBook Problem,orOS10Problem....can i fix
it or do i need the genius bar
3.my AC connection light on the left side is always GREEN so would
this indicate AC will always be good and DC wont

i also posted this in Apple forums,no reply yet.

You might want to check out http://www.macbookbatteryproblem.com
There's a good collection of diagnostic and information links relevant
to
'the' (April 2007) Macbook battery problem that Apple was issuing
replacement batteries for. If your battery has less than 300 cycles
(there's a link to Apple info on how to determine) you may yet qualify
for a replacement battery.
