Getting a STATIC IP is no problem, they charge you $25 for setup, and
even though you told them ahead of time that it is for a Web Server
and Web Development Software, when your validation sites say that you
cannot have your Web Pages validated, because you have a PRIVATE
STATIC IP ADDRESS, that is not a PUBLIC STATIC IP ADDRESS, and you
call these guys back and say, what did you charge me $25 for, because
no one can access my Web Site? They say in a heavy accent, I did not
understand what you wanted, you cannot do that on our system, you have
to host your Web Site on our Computers and pay us for it!
Then I respond with, F**K You! I am getting a different ISP!
