* Dictionary changes.

The downloadable (.pdf) version of the dictionary is being
completely reworked. Previously this was generated directly by
a macro pulling from the database tables used for the online
searchable dictionary. It is now being modified and reformatted
to be more like a professionally published product.

* Some recent lexical changes.

des -> hot = want, desire
ten -> des = ten
bedak -> fen = powder
dobrot -> doz = be kind (dozi = "please")
laset -> fad = string, thread, rope, wire

koh -> kohol = alcohol

* Vocabulary
There has been quite a bit of shifting of vocabulary.
Dictionary
entries have been updated to reflect the changes. Some of the
more
notable changes are shown below.

PU -> BU, PA -> BA, KAPA -> KABA
The preposition "pu" (="against") has been changed to "bu". This
also
changes the related words "pa" (exclusive "or") and "kapa"
(inclusive
"or) to "ba" and "kaba".

SO -> ZO, SI -> ZI
The proximal demonstratives "so" and "si" are now "zo" and "zi".
