Here's the story about Palin's book-banning try as mayor
Friday, 05 September 2008 11:40

Back in 1996, when she first became mayor, Sarah Palin asked the city
librarian if she would be all right with censoring library books should
she be asked to do so.

According to news coverage at the time, the librarian said she would
definitely not be all right with it. A few months later, the librarian,
Mary Ellen Emmons, got a letter from Palin telling her she was going to
be fired.

"Toronto Star newspaper Conservative Party propaganda article undermines Canadian media independence" says Presi dent/Party Leader of the Égalité Party of Canada

Author: K+
Date: Sep 4, 2008 07:03

In the Wednesday, September 3rd, 2008 Metro FREE Newspaper there
appeared
on page 8 an article entitled "Tories' success undermines need for
elections:
Critics"
POLITICS
1st paragraph:
Prime Minister Stephen Harper has been complaining for weeks that an
obstreperous opposition is preventing his Conservative government from
moving
ahead with its agenda.
QUESTIONS: what agenda is the Toronto Star alluding? Does the Toronto
Star know?
Who knew? (Ha! Ha!) But they won't say. The Toronto Star does NOT feel
the need
to tell what the agenda of the Conservative Party is all about. Why?
Does ANYONE!
know the agenda of the Conservative Party? Does Mr. Harper know? Who
knows?
The Toronto Star seems to take for granted that Canadians know. What ...

Sarah Palin, Lemming Hunter - tvnl

Author: Reggie
Date: Aug 31, 2008 16:52

http://tvnewslies.org/tvnl/index.php/editorial/reggies-commentary/3924-sarah-palin...

Maybe it’s genetic, but Sarah Palin sure is good with a gun. It seems
that daddy loved bringing down those nasty Alaskan brown bears in a town
where little Sarah first learned to alarm the local moose community.
But trust me, I’m not knocking moose stew; it might be a really good meal.

Palin grew up in Alaska, where people hunt and fish. So be it. This is
not going to be a dissertation on animal rights or a moral critique on
her spare time activities. Moose and salmon and wild birds are fair
game for hunters in her neck of the woods, and Sarah hunts and fishes
with the best of them. Good for her.

But in her new role as the GOP veep candidate Sarah Palin has crossed a
line, even for a hunter. This time she has set her sights on a new and
unfamiliar target. This time she is not aiming at a herd, or a bevy or a
flock. This time she is going after a large group of intelligent,
thinking Americans known as women voters. .

And this time, as she hunts in uncharted territory, Sarah Palin has made
a strategic error. For some distorted reason, Palin thinks she is
hunting lemmings.

DENVER (Rueters) -- Add two,
possibly three, more persons to the
75,803 who watched Barack Obama
deliver his brilliant acceptance speech
at the Democrat National Convention
last night.
Rueters has just learned that
three pychics in the audirnce have
reported that they could see apparations
of Dr. Martin Luther King and Abraham
Lincoln -- and possibly even John F.
Kennedy -- standing beside Obama
as he promised to clean up the cesspool
of government corruption that America
has become..
Keith Olbermann, who anchored the
coverage on MSNBC, said he also
is convinced that he saw the apparitions.
although he concedes that perhaps his ...

"BOYCOTT! the Elections+Vancouver 2010 Olympics" says the President/Party Leader of the Égalité Party of Canad a after his box of chalk was thrown by an undercover cop across the street at the Toronto Eaton Centre

Eaton Centre Incidents
================
At 9 p.m. last night on August 25th 2008 as I was chalking
the sidewalk at the Eaton Centre with the word "Revolution"
followed by "eh-ok.ca" under it, a busker cum undercover cop
as far as I'm concern comes charging over to me and whips
my box of chalk across Yonge Street in the direction of Yonge+
Dundas Square.

Then, he starts to verbally abuse me.

Then, he start to charge at me with his chest extended pushing
me all over the place.

Another undercover cop appears only to be kept busy by tourists
who ask him all sorts of questions.

I finally was allowed to continue chalking.

This morning everything had been washed away so I repeated
everything I had done yesterday evening to have another under-
cover cop come by and say that I was defacing public property.

This type of Police behavior is typical of a Police State.
