We are currently looking for a qualified Senior Principal Product Marketing Manager to join our team at our worldwide headquarters in Islandia, NY. Key Responsibilities: Go To Market Planning . Develop and drive the execution of the go-to-market plan (GTM) - collaborating with PM, business development, field marketing, sales, corporate marketing etc. . Work with cross-functional marketing teams to drive the execution of the GTM strategies thru delivery of regional Integrated Marketing Plans (IMP) . Develop the product messaging platform document and positioning statement . Work with business development and regional marketing teams to set goals and priorities for the marketing program plan (marketing campaigns, demand generation, loyalty, cross sell, etc) . Collaborate with marketing communications staff in the development of marketing and sales tools and integrated marketing communication plans . Lead the product launch team through planning and execution . Drive market acceptance Sales Readiness . Develop and drive the sales readiness plan (as part of the GTM plan) including sales training/education, collateral, demos, white papers, presentations and competitive write-ups, customer references and success stories . Define the deliverables that supports the sales process: e.g. methodical, repeatable, key steps, and tools/programs required to move the buyer through the buying/selling process . Deliver "gold standard" sales presentation; assist with major customer calls . New Product Development . Collaborate with PM in development of the product roadmap, MRDs and PRDs to ensure they address the requirements for market growth and leadership . Articulate customer value of the key features of a new or enhanced product as it will be reflected in sales tools and collateral Subject Matter Expertise . Act as an expert on the product and market; communicate to internal and external stakeholders . Act as a key solution spokesperson for analysts, press and industry events The qualified candidate will be highly motivated and entrepreneurial in approach and will be capable of effectively managing change, as well as leading large cross-functional teams and managing high-level projects that have an impact on the companys future direction. The Senior Principal will be comfortable receiving assignments which are broad in nature and will need ingenuity and originality to solve. Key Requirements: . At least eight years experience in product marketing or product management of IT management software in companies with $150M+ revenue . Software industry experience preferred . Prior experience working in a database modeling product marketing role with an indirect channel focus is highly preferred . Outstanding communication skills (written and oral) . Excellent organizational, analytical and computer skills (MS Office preferred) . Ability to meet and/or exceed deadlines . Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, and/or related field, plus Masters, is preferred . Territory will be global, with minimal travel required Theres never been a better time to join CA.
