Job Description:

The General Manager will be responsible for the direction and management of
all operational facets of the company's Oregon facility.

General responsibilities include overseeing: production management,
inventory accounting, scheduled maintenance and reporting, product and
packaging quality assurance and the implementation and/or continuance of all
company processes.

Necessary Traits:

This position requires a highly motivated person looking for a career with
an international agro-business corporation. The profile applicant will have
well developed leadership skills and will be able to manage and motivate the
staff and crew. Said applicant will also be well organized, able to
multitask and be a self-starter. The incumbent will be expected to work
long hours and on weekends but it is expected the rewards will prove the
