Long standing (11 months) problem here and we have run out of reasonable

The brand name "KitchenAid" was gobbled up by Whirlpool and downgraded to
sub-par appliances. Avoid them like the plague!. I'll also recommend that
you avoid Whirlpool. We wrote the CEO of Whirlpool months ago and were

KitchenAid appliances. Unfortunately for us, at that time the new models
were not on display and we selected them from a catalog.

The microwave and the refrigerator are fine, but the range is ugly. It is a
stainless steel model with a serious issue with the top panel. The model #
is KESS908SPS00. The top panel is dented and wavy and shows buffing swirls.
It is a huge detraction form the overall effect we had hoped to achieve.

This one, I can say with absolute certainty, is about me. It was recorded
