REQ:Script or MP3 for writers block.

Looking for help withthis problem.I was writing fine but now its like i hit
a wall. ill have ideas,see how i want to put them to paper but when i sit
down to write either at my pc or on paper i go blank. its driving me nuts.
can anyone help???
