1:32nd sets

Ok, I've been reading up, and thinking about a 12x4 or 12x6 layout that
will retract into the rafters of the garage. This pretty much
precludes a 4 lane track, so I'm looking at digital two lane. Can some
one point me at the setups? I'm leaning heavily towards Ninco, but
Scalextrics looks good too. Pros/cons of both? I've absorbed
http://www.hoslotcarracing.com and http://www.oldslotracer.com .

Thanks,

Just be careful if you have kids around. I had all kinds of big plans
for a retractable/fold-up/tilting table but got too worried that it
would malfunction and injure my kids. I want them to be able to use
it when I'm not around. I ended up building a stationary table.

I'd lower this down and set it on legs and leave it down, just want to
pull it up for storage and strap it. Neighbor did his train set in the
garage that way. Works out well. After his is hoisted, he has some hold
down straps to go under it.

I've been reading up on this too.... Seems to me the best route to go,
if you're buying new track is Ninco N-Digital. My reasoning for this
is that the Ninco Digital is the only brand I'm aware of where you can
"chip" any car, regardless of manufacturer to run on your set.

I've got a 2 year old set of Carrera track, and once I find a
permanent home for a layout, I'm planning on converting the Carrera
analog track to run on the N-Digital systems so I can use the chips on
my analog cars.
