National Forests are governed under admiralty and maritime (military,
navy, pirate, mercenary, merchant) law because they are secretly
considered as military depots ceded by the states to the federal
government, a foreign-chartered corporation. This is why a military
organization, the USFS and its Incident Command, occupy when many of
you gather there. There is no constitutional authority for the
existence of the Forest Service, as it is an organization created by
and operating under foreign martial municipal law. You should not be
talking about your rights when they drag you into court. You should be
exposing the nature of the charges and the jurisdiction you are being
drawn into--foreign to the united states of America.
