Why not just use the Eve Online forums? It's been a while since my Eve
account has been active so I'm not sure if you need to be a paying Eve
member or not.

Speaking of the Water Elemental...
It's the best thing about the frost mage, the amount of options you
have is very close (if not superior) to that of a hunter when you solo
several mobs at a time. For a while I've been frost AOE specced...

hiya all, 1 bottle of wine and 1 bottle of beer done, i have just check
my transmute proc sheet.
its bad.
really bad.
started 1st Jan master transmuter taking note of procs. make primal
mights to sell, farm most mats anyway:
1,2,1,1,1,1,1,2,1,2,1,1,2,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,2,1,1 missed the odd
day, but they were 1's
you may note the last 2 weeks or so, very poor procs. is this due to the
changes made in the last patch for other transmute procs? has it killed all?
is this normal not 1 time more than 2. I have never had (and been primal
master for 2.5 months) more than 2 proc. ever
is there anything i can do to increase my chances? stand on one leg,
with my left hand on my head with my right hold a lucky charm?
or is it 'totally random' if XX peeps on the server today have had x5 I
will never get it. thime of day? i do it between 17.00 and 00.00 ish
glad to get that off my drunken chest.
comments? (please not on spelling or my drinking habits, while taking
sleeping pills too) Opsies.

WWS *IS* basically a damage meter. And some in-game damage meters,
such as Recount, can break encounters down in pretty much the same
detail as WWS can.

When hunters were first introduced, I was one of those who refused to
create one because EVERYBODY created one, and because I thought they
were overpowered. I'd rather be the underdog and enjoy my victories
than the favorite to win in every match by virtue of my class alone.
That's just me.
Hunters, though, have been nerfed a bit over the initial version, and
until recently, I considered them a fair and useful addition to the
game. I even created a hunter of my own, that I enjoyed playing.
But WHAT THE HELL is up with the snake traps?! You set down a trap on
a PVE server and just because YOU want to attack a low-level character
in PVP combat YOU get to make that decision alone? What is up with
this one guys? You put down a trap and the other guy has no
choice...while minding his own business he gets attacked by the snakes
and is suddenly PVP.
Blizzard seriously needs to fix this. It's a load of dung IMHO. They
have PVP servers, battlegrounds, and arenas for this. Why should a
single class' feature change the whole ruleset of a PVE server?

Hi folks,
Since I've already jumped in with a topic that is always hot, i.e.
threat meters, just thought I'd say more of a hello. Have been reading
the group for a little while and quite surprised to find a place where,
generally, intelligent conversation and WoW can actually be used in the
same sentence, especially as it's an alt.* :)
Mostly RP/PvEer, part time PvPer. Normally play my fire specced
Alliance Mage, with a Warlock and Priest not far behind, though
levelling various other characters as well, as I'm sure most people are,
with Hunter, Shaman and Druid top of the list.
Love a good discussion and always appreciate that everyone has a
different view and experienced enough of Usenet to understand how
strongly people will express their opinion. Look forward to continuing
to read the group and jumping in with the odd gem of pure wisdom and I
know that everyone is entitled to my opinion.

Indeed. Or at least a tank whose aggro is unpredictable.
I did Heroic Underbog with just such a tank a while ago, and at the
last boss I didn't even start casting until an add had appeared!
