Ran heroic shattered halls last night and I don't understand how the threat
list(s) work for the ogre boss.

This is the two-headed guy who apparantly switches between threat lists as he
switches from one dominant head to another.

We tried laying off DPS when he did the head switch so that our tank could
pick up threat on the second aggro list (wowwiki suggested this). But, it
didn't work. Even if we laid off DPS while the tank worked him, he still
remained on a DPSer. The first head seemed to stay on the tank (I think;
maybe I'm wrong) but the second head bounced around between DPSers and the
healer.

I'm wondering if there is something that specifically prevents the same
person from being at the top of both threat lists.

If we can't get the tank as the top spot on both lists, is there a way to
keep the tank in first position on one list, and a specific person in first
position on the other list. I'm thinking of myself (warlock) as I have high
hitpoints and the ability to spam drainlife when he's aggro'd on me, thus
being a makeshift 'emergency' healer for the weak clothie.

We managed to kill him, but I'd like to be able to apply a known strategy
next time.
