Don't blame me, blame the voters of Bill 7 and the election ByLaw.
Basically BC Government and the Whole City Council. I would gladly change it, and would love to
support other nomination reformers http://groups.to/ballotaccess/
Frankly I think if your willing to stand, fine file; that's all your self nomination and a election officer to second it unpartisanly.
