Gamme Sonic de Palit : un peu plus qu'un tweaking de BIOS

Parmi toutes les cartes annoncées, l'une des plus intéressantes était sans aucun doute celle signée Palit. En effet, le constructeur, qui fabrique des produits pour de nombreuses marques, ne se contente pas de changer la valeur des fréquences dans le BIOS et de changer le ventilateur par un modèle qui attire l'œil... il repense l'ensemble jusqu'au PCB dont la taille et l'étage d'alimentation ont été revus.

Ainsi est né le modèle HD 4850 Sonic. Cette carte nous a été annoncée avec des fréquences bien plus importantes que la carte de référence, et demande même un connecteur d'alimentation doté de huit broches, tout en disposant d'un étage d'alimentation moins gourmand, et d'un ventilateur qui se veut silencieux.

Sur ma config toute neuve à base de Core2 E8400 dans un boitier Antec sonata
III, j'ai monté un Zalman CNPS9700 LED en guise de ventirad.
Question bruit, je l'entend pour ainsi dire pas.
Question refroidissement, tous les moniteurs de température utilisés
m'indiquent une température quasi constante de 43°C dès le démarrage.
Le proc sollicité par Crysis monte à peine à 48°C au bout d'une heure de
jeu.
Ces valeurs correspondent t-elles à la normale?
