All cheese would be white if it weren't for coloring agents that are added
to yellow and orange cheeses. What you got could very well have been white
cheddar with exactly the same taste as the orange cheese you usually get.

Wrong, because Taco Bell doesn't produce the cheese itself. because the
fact that it was white proves that it was made with a different recipe and
therefore a different type of cheese, because Tacbo Bell simply did not
"leave out" the yellow color that particular day.

I didn't mean that Taco Bell colored the cheese. ALL cheese that is not
white was colored by the people who made the cheese. Orange and yellow
cheeses have just traditionally been made those colors but it has nothing to
do with how they taste.

Wrong. For example, Chedder and Mozzerella taste COMPLETELY different. And
the white cheese I got at Taco Bell, as I mentioned, tasted different.

(This isn't directed at you, Jerry, I'm just clarifying what you're trying
to convey because some of these folks aren't getting it.)
