Consensual sex should not be prohibited inside of a longterm psych
hospital. It's against humanity to decline someone the right to
experience sexual feeling.
Sex (or masturbation) is often use to relieve stress and anxiety. It's
not a privilege but a right.
And you're right! A woman or girl should never be in the situation
where she is vulnerable to a more dominate male. The best solution is
to segregate both gender. the unfortunate part is that more women will
be molested and sexually assaulted inside the lock doors in
psychiatric hospitals because the staffs don't segregate their
patients. I'm proof of this because I was sexually molested as a
patient in psychiatric hospital a couple of years ago.
