According to the "Church of Spritual Technology", the mother organization of all
of scientology, they own the CCHR, and it is just a part of the "Church of
Scientology". At least, that is what they tell the IRS.

Did they lie to the IRS? No, they didn't. You just don't want to admit that
the CCHR is simply a front group for the cult, just like Narconon.

What's amazing to me is that you didn't have the courage to give me a real

The relevance of your post to the alt.psychology.jung,
alt.psychology.psychoanalysis, and the alt.psychology.tanspersonal
newsgroups isn't clear. These groups promote psychotherapy and
counseling, not use of "mind-altering" drugs.

I'm no fan of psychiatric medication in general and ADD drugs in
particular. But you're only presenting one side of the story. What
about people who've been helped by psychiatry?

Don't you think a fair, and balanced picture would be more appropriate
to present?

You may have a valid point, but you're presenting it with the same old
"rhetoric of hate".
If one wanted to pursue your argument to it's extreme, one could blame
tens of millions of deaths on the medical industry in general, allude
to it's "potentially lethal, body altering drugs", it's macabre origins
(leeches, etc.).

Parents have the responsibility to keep their kids off ADD meds. If
you want to help stop that, write constructive, informative, material
that explains why and how they should.
