From condoms to T-bones, an interesting array of theft arrests popped up
Wednesday in Cincinnati.

Appearing in court this afternoon is Issac Jackson, 41, of Springfield
Township, an optimist accused of walking out of a downtown CVS with a
Heineken and five boxes of Trojans.

Police say Ronald McGee smashed a man on the head with a brick. McGee says
he was a robbery victim.

Police responding to a report of dogfighting arrested a Lincoln Heights
teen Wednesday afternoon.

Gary Dillingham, 19, appeared in court today on charges of dogfighting
and obstructing official business. According to police and court
documents, officers responded to a call in the 1100 block of Chamberlain
Avenue just after 4 p.m. Wednesday. Dillingham allegedly tried to walk
away from the officers, who pulled a Taser on him.

Police found two dogs on the property.

Murder Fugitive From Frankfort Arrested Here

A teenager who had become one of the
most wanted fugitives in both Ohio and Kentucky after a cold-blooded
murder earlier this year is now behind bars.

It happened back in January in Frankfort, Kentucky when the suspect was
just 17. Now, as 9 News first told you about, a U.S. Marshals' Task
Force has him in their custody after his arrest last night in Avondale.

18-year-old Demetrius McClellon is awaiting extradition this morning back
to Kentucky and is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center.

Authorities say he had been on the run since January for the murder of a
20-year-old. He was taken into custody at a property located on
Avondale's Cleveland Avenue.

Police based in Kentucky had generated leads that he was in the Tri-State
area.

In addition to the Marshals Service, the arrest was also made by
Cincinnati Police and DEA agents.

A shooting in Pleasant Ridge this morning saw not only shots being fired,
but the victim staggering out of the van he was riding in until he finally
collapsed on the street.

The victim's injuries are serious and at last check he had to undergo
emergency surgery at University Hospital. An update on his condition is
not known.

Police say the details of the incident are a bit sketchy, but the victim
was riding in the van along Montgomery Road near Douglas Terrace when
several shots were fired at the vehicle. It happened around 12:30 a.m.

The van then crashed as a result. But it did not prevent the shooting
victim from getting out of the van. It is not thought that a driver in
the van was hit.

Police say they have one man in custody, but it is not clear whether he is
the alleged shooter.

No names have been released.
