This may be old new to some, but it looks like Vicky's father
has already come to the attention of America's Most Wanted.
His name is Kenneth John Freeman and Vicky is aka Kylie.
He has been evading re-capture since about December of 2006.
He wasn't arrested because of the images, or the internet.
Vicky/Kylie told her mother and step-father.
I suppose there are lessons to be gathered here. The first
is that whatever a child tells you while they are being
abused, you can't count on them keeping secrets. Also,
regardless of how much they may seem to enjoy themselves
at the time, later they will likely feel resentment.
