Right now - I'll say that this obviously will be filled with SPOILERS,
since we're discussing Akio (please let's have a discussion - a post,
ANYthing!) and he shows up Black Rose Arc and beyond.

I've rewatched a little (a very little) of SKU and got to thinking
about one of my favorite boys - Akio.

I always assumed he was just gaming - having fun - messing with his
student/toys.

But what if everything he's done is motivated by fear? Is he terrified
of losing the power he thinks he has? He doesn't play his games to see
what may happen, but to create events where there will never be a
Victor? He hopes that someone, desperately, will beat Utena so he'll
never lose Anthy and it'll continue to be a same as always situation in
his world that he's established?

Rambling and I'm sure I'll think of other things, or not.
