Probably nothing, but the un-announced visits are a fairly sensible
precaution; keeps the other side from trying to blow her up.
I'm no fan of any of the bush junta, but having some clown trying to
crash a van full of semtex through the perimeter will mess up your whole
day if you happen to be pulling gate guard at the time. If they don't
know she's coming until she's already gone it makes life less
complicated for the poor sods on security.
