First, few Explorers have 30 gallon tanks if any at all. Mine has an 18
gallon tank and I don't wait for it to run dry before I fill it up. It
keeps a few gallons as a reserve so maybe I burn 13-14 gallons a month
on average in it but that is just splitting hairs when compared to how
much you probably burn in a month.
