Media spin to protect Obama's lies

What a candidate says is WORSE than what a pundit says.

And, no, Obama DID NOT "compare" Buchenwald to Auschwitz,
what Obama did was claim that an Uncle liberated Auschwitz...

: "I had a uncle who was one of the, who was part of the first
: American troops to go into Auschwitz and liberate the
: concentration camps," Obama said, slowly and methodically.
: "And the story in my family is that when he came home, he
: just went into the attic, and he didn't leave the house for six
: months. Alright? Now, obviously something had affected him
: deeply, but at the time, there just weren't the kinds of
: facilities to help somebody work through that kind of pain."
http://blog.washingtonpost.com/the-trail/2008/05/27/obamas_uncle_and_the_liberatio...

So, in reality what happened was that Obama LIED about
Auschwitz, then he got caught. After he got caught he
corrected himself, claiming that the difference was trivial
and some pundit took offense to that.

How the Bush Family Helped Hitler Kill 6 Million Jews

Of course it's not appeasement when the Bushes are doing it

http://emperors-clothes.com/analysis/ibm.htm

George Bush's grandfather, the late US senator Prescott Bush, was a
director and shareholder of companies that profited from their
involvement with the financial backers of Nazi Germany.

The Guardian has obtained confirmation from newly discovered files in
the US National Archives that a firm of which Prescott Bush was a
director was involved with the financial architects of Nazism.

His business dealings, which continued until his company's assets were
seized in 1942 under the Trading with the Enemy Act, has led more than
60 years later to a civil action for damages being brought in Germany
against the Bush family by two former slave labourers at Auschwitz and
to a hum of pre-election controversy.

The evidence has also prompted one former US Nazi war crimes
prosecutor to argue that the late senator's action should have been
grounds for prosecution for giving aid and comfort to the enemy.

The end of the fake consensus on global warming
Mark Milke
For The Calgary Herald
Thursday, May 29, 2008
http://www.canada.com/calgaryherald/news/story.html?id=3b7119d5-2c9f-4790-8bda-2ca164620613&p...

An anti-nuclear, Toronto-based, urban-loving, 1970s peace activist who
opposes subsidies to the oil industry might be the last person
expected to detail cracks in the science of global warming.

But Lawrence Solomon has done just that in a short book with a long
subtitle: The Deniers: The world-renowned scientists who stood up
against global warming hysteria, political persecution, and fraud (and
those who are too fearful to do so).

The spark for the book came after an American TV reporter compared
those who question the Kyoto Protocol to Holocaust deniers. But
Solomon wondered about that so he sought out the experts in specific
fields to garner their views.

Moving Toward Energy Rationing
By Charles Krauthammer

WASHINGTON -- I'm not a global warming believer. I'm not a global
warming denier. I'm a global warming agnostic who believes
instinctively that it can't be very good to pump lots of CO2 into the
atmosphere, but is equally convinced that those who presume to know
exactly where that leads are talking through their hats.

Predictions of catastrophe depend on models. Models depend on
assumptions about complex planetary systems -- from ocean currents to
cloud formation -- that no one fully understands. Which is why the
models are inherently flawed and forever changing. The doomsday
scenarios posit a cascade of events, each with a certain probability.
The multiple improbability of their simultaneous occurrence renders
all such predictions entirely speculative.

It is news to the simple-minded dummycrat liberal loonies who have an
IQ about equal to their shoe size. The publisher had McClellan
embellish the lies about Bush and paid McClellan big bucks to do so.

Doctor: Obama in 'excellent health'

By John McCormick | Tribune reporter
6:13 PM CDT, May 29, 2008

In a one-page letter released Thursday, Sen. Barack Obama's primary
care physician said the Democratic presidential candidate has been in
"excellent health" during the 21 years he has been a patient.

Obama's campaign, however, declined to say whether the 46-year-old's
full medical records would eventually be released.

Presumptive Republican nominee Sen. John McCain, 71, released more
than 1,000 pages of medical documents last week to make the case that
he is vigorous enough to be president. McCain's doctors detailed his
successful treatment for melanoma and concluded he is physically fit
for the job, an assessment Obama's doctor also made.

"Sen. Barack Obama is in overall good physical and mental health
needed to maintain the resiliency required in the office of
president," wrote Dr. David Scheiner, a general internist at the
University of Chicago Hospitals and Rush University Medical Center.

Obama played hardball in first Chicago campaign
By Drew Griffin and Kathleen Johnston

(CNN) -- When the Democratic National Committee meets Saturday on the
thorny issue of seating the Florida and Michigan delegations at its
August convention, party officials will have to fashion a solution
that satisfies supporters of Sen. Hillary Clinton and presidential
nominee front-runner Sen. Barack Obama.

It may take a Solomon-like decision to appease both candidates.

Clinton has argued that the primary results of two of the nation's
largest states should count because, otherwise, millions of voters are
being disenfranchised. Obama has said he is willing to work out some
compromise.

But he is insistent that the primary results are invalid because the
two states failed to follow party rules and that the rules are the
rules.

The DNC has not seated the Florida and Michigan delegates because the
two states violated party edicts in holding their primaries early.

the reason all the administration hillbillies are upset is,
that McClellan beat them to the publisher, the rest have already
collected 1000's of pages of documents and copies of memos and e-mails

and they were all thinking they could be the first and make the big $$$,

these are republicans after all and they would sell their mothers
for a nickel,

nobody should be surprised by this one, but people will be surprised by the
revelations that will be released after the bush goes back to hillbilly
heaven,

General Powell will probably clue us into how we, and he were lied to and
manipulated,
and maybe give us the real reason for bush's war

I know your lying, but as an ethical question, do you really think it's ok
to steal?
