And it's easy to prove this claim is about as credible as Dumbya's
patriotic eternal quagmire.

Simply ask any "market" economist at Hoover, Am. Enterprise, Heritage,
the Chicago School, Cato, etc., The Question:

"Does free speech precede each and every free trade?"

They'll all dodge it because they don't support free markets OR free
speech.

Your share of the cost of Bush's war in Iraq

Author: The Pope Wears Prada

$525,000,000,000 ÷ 300,000,000 = $1750

Too bad the money wasn't collected up front.

As it is, the cost will probably be double that after interest payments
to China.

The Iraqi government is spending its oil wealth on 50 new jetliners from
Boeing and Bombardier while American taxpayers foot the bill for
defending and rebuilding Iraq.

Bush is even using *your* money to rebuild Iraqi mosques destroyed in
*his* war.

and restore the Golden Mosque of Samarra to its former glory."

What business does Bush have using *your* money for the glory of Islam?

If not for this moron, you far left facsists kooks would look even
more lame and stupid than normal. Bush has been your best friend, if
he had been even an average president you moon bats would have no hope
of winning the 2008 election.

BREAKING: McCain Loses Bearings in Speech on Constitution; Campaign Covers
Up Error
by NWTerriD
Sun May 11, 2008 at 11:44:21 PM PDT
I was sitting here puttering at my computer a little while ago, and trying
to force myself to get up and grade some papers, so I turned the TV to
C-Span, figuring there wouldn't be anything there with a plot that would
suck my attention away from my duties.

A few minutes after I tuned in, they started showing McCain's speech at Wake
Forest University last week, which I figured was suitably boring, and had
the advantage of being too annoying for me to watch or listen to very
intently; after several months of Obama's speeches, I can barely tolerate
McCain speaking.

But since it was on a subject that I'm familiar with and somewhat interested
in, I kept one ear tuned in. One ear was just barely enough; if I'd been
paying any less attention, I might have missed John's Big Boo-Boo -- and it
really is a big one. Follow below the fold for the latest reason this man
should not be elected president.

[Zeppnote: just another right winger cherry picking what moral values

Fossella shuns his gay sister - source

BY MELISSA GRACE AND TINA MOORE
DAILY NEWS STAFF WRITERS

Monday, May 12th 2008, 4:00 AM

Vito Fossella built a career as a staunch "family values" pol,
polishing his image in his predominantly Catholic district with a
string of anti-gay votes.

He even shuns his gay sister, Victoria Fossella, refusing to go to
family events if she and her partner attend, a source close to the
family said.

His double life is now exposed with the news he has a 3-year-old love
child with a divorced Air Force colonel, and critics are calling him a
hypocrite.

"Has the Catholic Church now sanctioned adultery?" asked John Adrian,
a 64-year-old gay activist on Staten Island.

"That just makes him that more hypocritical."

will military even obey a President Obama?

Author: john.1.clarkson

If god forbid, this plant or mole is elected, would a military made
up mostly of honorable southern white men even obey him? I predict
many would resign their commissions rather than obey a president hell
bent on alliances with arab countries. Or his orders would go
ignored. Would the military even honor the traditional deference to
an elected civilian if it knows the C-in-C is a mole?
