Perhaps I'm behind the time (I've been watching football and nothing
else for the past 2 days), but if Rush hasn't commented on this yet it
will be interesting to hear him do so on Monday.
Seems to me Hilary said nothing "unfortunate" or "ill-advised," as
Obama seems to think. Sure Martin Luther King gave his life for the
cause, but if the president of the United States hadn't passed the
bill..nothing would have happened. If white American politicians
hadn't passed that bill...Civil Rights would have foundered. Give some
credit where it's due...to the politicians (one of the few times you
can say that.).
Clinton hardly diminished King's role in her words, and for anyone to
go about saying she did - they're being way over-sensitive. If Rush
does't say that, he's a hypocrite.

US President George W Bush has warned of the dangers he says are posed by Iran,
in a speech in its Gulf neighbour, the United Arab Emirates.
Mr Bush said Iran threatened the security of all nations and should be confronted
"before it's too late".
...
Where have we heard that before?

When the people voted for all Democrat
everything in Michigan, they voted to
increase taxes, and now Michigan's
recession has turned into a depression.
They tried to tax themselves to
prosperity, and it backfired, and has
created a stampede out of the state. At
the present rate, Michigan will be the
first state to lose the most population
since any state has since the Great
Depression.
Meanwhile the Democrat saviors, Clinton
Inc, and Obama, have started an ugly
race war. Of course Democrats don't
look at us as Americans, but as members
of groups. You have Hillary, the white
female group, vs. Obama the black group.
Groups compete for power and wealth,
this is how Democrats think.

The radio station was playing Knee Deep in the Big Muddy, and the Big
Fool Said to Push On the other day.
You dont hear it very often, this song that the Smothers Brothers
turned into a hymn against the Vietnam war. When radio stations play
it, the local bucketheads, those ignorant pseudo-patriots of the far
right, yammer that its not patriotic and if the station is owned by
Clear Channel, they cave to the toy nazis.
Still, were at a point where even the bucketheads are having second
thoughts about a third occupation of a distant land where we are not
wanted. The first two havent exactly covered America in glory, what
with torture and abuse of the civilian population and the disgraceful
antics of the contemptible Halliburton.
Millions of Americans flocked to the admin propaganda that the surge
was working and peace was coming, and firmly ignored the inner, more
truthful voice that told them the occupations were still a quagmire...

Yes, it's true. Britney Spears has completely lost it. She can't
decide about partying or being a mom, so she wanted to kill her kids
to end that internal conflict. But that seems pretty sane compared to
Ron Paul and his lunatic idea of gutting the federal government into
nothingness. His policies would end up breaking up the USA into
several smaller nations, and would also give America's allies the big
middle finger when he closes all military bases and brings all troops
home.
So who is the one that should be in a rubber room and strait jacket
and football helmet?
Ron Paul, of course!!
Ron Paul - for a weaker, broken, vulnerable America, and for a world
easily dominated by Russia and its Communist allies: North Korea,
China, Cuba, and Venezuela.

Here is an article on Obama's and Hillary's ignorance about the
dangers of biofuels! We are doomed because our politicians, even the
better ones, do not understand science and mathematics! They are all
leading us to a world food crisis and mass starvation, and they don't
even know it!

Clinton And Obama On Iran And Biofuels
by Michael Doliner
(Swans - January 14, 2008) Controlling Middle East oil is the
primary directive and purpose of the American Imperial policy. As long
as the United States continues to maintain the "Empire of Bases" it
must control this resource. Oil is "the prize." It is for control of
oil that we invaded Iraq and now threaten Iran. The disaster of the
Iraq occupation, which leaves American troops in Iraq but little
American influence over events except what influence Bush can buy, is
insufficient to control the Middle East.

.... he won't be around much longer. I seriously doubt he lasts until
Super Tuesday, 23 days away. In the next 6 days there is Michigan,
Nevada, and S. Carolina, and Ron Paul won't get any delegates in any
of them, except maybe in Nevada.
