That's what I mean, Rudy is the Republican's last hope and he is
self-destructing. The other candidates are boring and won't attract votes on a
the mass scale needed to win a national election. They also promise nothing but
more of the same thing that we have now, which is not what the American people
want. In the last election we told those clowns in Washington that we don't like
the way they are running things.

I can do more than say it, I can define it. "fallacy of the excluded
middle" is a formal fallacy of false dilemma-also known as false
choice, false dichotomy, falsified dilemma, black and white thinking,
false correlative, either/or fallacy and bifurcation-involves a
situation in which two alternative statements are held to be the only
options, when in reality there exist one or more other options which
have not been considered. A typical false dilemma is the assertion
"The weak-minded people in this country have been so wedged by this
stupid wedge topic that they need more abuse just to feel good." The
fallacy of this type of argument is that it tries to eliminate the
middle ground.

Absolutely. Growing up under the Graft-for-Oil program, stuck with a brutal
dictator, then getting invaded by foreigners and relentlessly attacked from
all sides for years had nothing to do with it.
Jus' gimme dat ol' time religion!
