Former President Clinton Raises Cain - Almos
Former President Clinton spoke to the Association of Alternative
Newsweeklies on June 17, 2006. He gave the keynote address which
covered a number of topics. He even provided his answer to "the
fundamental nature of the 21st century" - "interdependence." During the
question and answer portion of the speech, an audience member made an
inquiry about election fraud. Clinton's response might have gained
front page status or at least editorial page controversy if the United
States had a function media. It does not.
Audience member to Clinton: Talking about elections, Robert Kennedy Jr.
just wrote an article in Rolling Stone claiming the Bush Administration
stole the last election. Do you think it was, and how can we guard
against something like that going on in the future?

On BOTH sides. Until we admit that, we will just go through the cylces
of "you're in power, I hate you, its your fault' the it will flip flop,
and the other side will whine "you're in power, and its all your
fault!"
And so we sit around bash each other in usenet, while the greedy,
dishonest anti american death dealers just keep switching chairs,
making us think something is being accomplished to end the cycle......
Both sides are killing this country, and until they understand that
position, NOTHING is going to change.

The Democrats are definitely split. Look at what's happening
to Joe Lieberman in CT.

Am I so partisan that I can't see that? Bush created a war out of thin
air: that much was obvious even before it started. It's not okay to
attack him on this point? It's *not* his fault? What, then, is an
acceptable response? Frankly, I'm disgusted that so many Democrats are
rolling over and playing dead.
Somehow the Republicans have decided this isn't an impeachable offense
-- though a Democratic president lying about sex IS.
Sorry, but it's clear to me that there are good guys and bad guys,
rather than two political groups that criticize each other. And one
side is *clearly* wrong.

Being just an American, I don't belong to either 'side' but I recognize
people with a vendetta and an agenda. They make irrational statements,
like "bush created a war out of thin air"
He did no such thing, but some people believe that if they repeat it
often enough, it will become the truth. Maybe better to put that crap
into wikepedia so the whole world can buy into it and make it
history.......

Uhh,,, c'mon, the left does just the same. Liberals kill to get smile
and a few kind words from hillary, and gore is worshipped in
tinseltown. Its the same on both sides.

Gee, inspiring words. Why not apply them to both left and right. The
reason the president's time is limited is for just such a thing. If
you want to solve the problem, rather than just cutting out the
occasional piece of cancer, clean out the Congress, both sides of the
aisle. Teddy, and Orrin, and their cronies have been fucking up this
nation longer than any president. Why the vitriole for one man, who
will be leaving on his own, while the pukes in the capitol building
escape your wrath unnoticed??

That's kind of like the "MAD" ("mutually assured destruction")
doctrine, but applied to everything. It's a vote for dependance on
insanity, is what it is. It's also a natural outgrowth of the result
of...
