OPIE & ANTHONY TO DEBUT ON THE TONIGHT SHOW WITH JAY LENO ON DECEMBER 21st

NEW YORK and LOS ANGELES, November 27, 2006 -- Superstar radio hosts Opie
and Anthony will make their premiere appearance on The Tonight Show with
Jay Leno on Thursday, December 21st, the two shows announced today.

The appearance will mark a sweep of the major late-night television shows
for 'O&A' - the fastest growing show on radio - following an appearance on
The Late Show in August, and is expected to be a recap O&A's history in
radio, including several rivalries that have developed over those twelve-
and-a-half years.

Gregg "Opie" Hughes and Anthony "Anthony" Cumia are on the cutting edge of
mass entertainament. Their daily five-hour program touches on all facets of
life, politics, and society. Their unparalleled popularity and unique style

offered, immediately, a second booking but never a solid date. Leno's
people were trying to get O&A on in December but was butting heads
with Letterman. After a long running headache and never getting a
final answer from Letterman's people... O&A took the Leno offer.
