Keira Knightly is merely 23, so I forgive her youthful appearance. Also,
she was 17 when "Bend It Like Beckham" was released, the same age as her
character! In America, she still wouldn't be old enough to play a high
school student.
Natalie Portman is less than a year younger than Eva Green.
I would have cast a woman in her mid 30s but we'll never see another
Honor Blackman.
