I've always registered as a Democrat. For the last few weeks, I was
given the assignment by my employer to listen to another (competing)
radio station when I'm in my car. I've been listening to Dr. Laura
(can't stand her), Rush Limbaugh and Shawn Hannity.
The problem is that I'm finding myself agreeing with a lot of what the
last two say. Does this make me a Republican, or, more importantly, do
you think the face of the Republican party is changing with this
particular election because of Palin?

No, you just need to drink more, or something.

Have you ruled out suffering from the Stockholm Syndrome?

Is your employer often given to cruelty in assignments?

Depends. Do you agree with Rush "Rug" Limbaugh or Sean "Rug" Hannity
before or after you fact-check their allegations? I'm not saying
they lie, mind you...

When you listen to democratic radio personalities do you find yourself
also agreeing with them?

Palin doesn't represent the changing face of the Republican party nearly
as much as she represents the unchanging face. She's the same far right
Christian conservative who's dominated the party in recent elections.
She will probably energize the same far right Christian base of voters
who voted for George W. Bush, but won't do anything to appeal to
moderate voters.

I think it means that you can think for yourself.
What worries are the people that listen to Howard Stern, and tell me
that "He says what I think."
