I prefer to have the money in my account. I never get around to
cashing checks. I cashed the final rent check for my downstairs
roommate six days after giving HIM a check for his damage deposit and
waving as he drove off.

As far as not supporting "free and fair" elections I refer you to Bush

I didn't get from the original post that the guy was suing, I
thought he just couldn't figure out how to get a valid ID. I
provided the accepted way to get a passport in such situations on
the off chance he's reading this thread.
