My folks have a living trust, so everything transferred to Mom
automatically when Dad died. All three of us kids are Trustees, with
me being Executrix/or and the primary trustee.

There should be a pour-over will somewhere in all this, too. We each
wrote one when we set up our living trust.

Both the probate lawyer and out tax guy weighed in on various tax
issues.
