The money should go back to whoever sold you the jeans, if you know who
that is. But it sounds likely that you don't. In that case. Daughter
should be allowed to keep the money. She's the one that found it. If my
mom had made me turn the money over, I'd have learned an important
lesson from that. Don't tell Mom anything. Hide as much as you can from
her.
