And they have bigger blood sugar wallop, to boot.
Here's the easy way to cook steel-cut oats: Before you go to bed,
rinse a thermos with boiling water, to heat it. Pour out that water.
Now add measured steel cut oats and boiling water, screw on the top,
and leave it overnight. In the morning you can just pour out your
cooked oatmeal into a bowl.
